Product Description

This fiber-optic gyroscope is a high-precision inertial angular velocity sensor based on the Sagnac effect, adopted to measure the rotational angular velocity of a carrier along the sensitive axis. Equipped with a digital closed-loop detection circuit, the device captures the optical path difference of counter-propagating light inside the fiber coil induced by external rotational motion. The optical path difference signal is converted into a voltage signal, which undergoes professional modulation and demodulation processing. With closed-loop feedback and control technology, the sensor realizes stable and real-time angular velocity signal detection.

Function

The product is composed of an optical angular velocity sensitive unit and a signal detection unit. It stably outputs high-precision angle increment data and real-time internal temperature information for system measurement and compensation.

Application Areas

This product is widely applicable to photoelectric cranes, aerial flight platforms, transportation equipment, inertial navigation systems, inertial measurement systems, optical and photographic instruments, platform stabilization devices and other inertial measurement scenarios.

System Components

The product mainly consists of three parts:

  1. Optical components: SLD light source, optical fiber coil, integrated optical phase modulator, optical fiber coupler and photodetector;
  2. Circuit section: light source driving circuit, signal detection and control circuit;
  3. Gyro mechanical structure.
