Product Principle
This product is an inertial angular velocity sensor based on the Sagnac effect, designed to measure the rotational angular velocity of the carrier along the sensitive axis. Adopting a digital closed-loop detection circuit, the device captures the optical path difference of counter-propagating light inside the optical fiber coil caused by external rotational angular motion. The optical path difference signal is converted into a voltage signal for modulation and demodulation. With closed-loop feedback and control technology, the sensor realizes high-precision and real-time detection of angular velocity signals.
Product Function
The product consists of an optical angular velocity sensitive unit and a signal detection unit. It outputs accurate angle increment data and real-time internal temperature information to support system measurement, data compensation and status monitoring.
Application Areas
This sensor is widely used in photoelectric cranes, flying platforms, transportation equipment, inertial navigation systems, inertial measurement systems, optical and photographic instruments, platform stabilization devices and other high-precision inertial measurement fields.
System Components
The product mainly includes optical components, circuit sections and gyro mechanical structures. The optical components cover SLD light source, optical fiber coil, integrated optical phase modulator, optical fiber coupler and photodetector. The circuit part consists of a light source driving circuit and a signal detection and control circuit, cooperating with the professional mechanical structure to ensure stable and reliable operation.
Size and Installation Dimensions
Overall dimensions: Circuit box dimensions are 60±0.1 × 60±0.1 × 28.0±0.1 mm (length, width and height). Sensor head dimension is Φ99±0.1 × 23±0.1 mm.
Installation dimensions: The circuit box mounting size is 46±0.1 × 46±0.1 mm with 4 × M3 mounting holes. The sensor head adopts a Φ60±0.1 mm mounting base, equipped with 4 × Φ4.5 mounting holes.
